VIETNAMESE KITCHEN'S PROCESSING AND DELIVERY PROCESS

Step 1: Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is completed on our website, Bếp Việt’s system will automatically send an order confirmation email including:

  • Ordered product list
  • Shipping address
  • Order total
  • Shipping method

After that, our team will manually review the order to ensure:

  • The shipping address is accurate
  • Products and quantities are correct
  • The order meets the weekly shipping schedule requirements

📌 If additional confirmation is needed (e.g. difficult delivery address or special requests), the Bếp Việt team will proactively contact you via phone or email.

Step 2: Frozen Storage Preparation & Packaging

All Bếp Việt products are stored in a standard frozen warehouse at -18°C (0°F) to preserve quality and authentic flavors

Our strict packaging process includes:

  • Retrieving products directly from the frozen warehouse
  • Inspecting vacuum-sealed packaging before boxing
  • Placing products in insulated thermal bags
  • Adding an appropriate amount of gel ice or dry ice
  • Packing everything into specialized insulated foam boxes

🎯 The goal of this step is to ensure that the product remains frozen or fresh throughout the transportation process, even for long-distance orders.

Step 3: Handover to Shipping Carriers

Once packaging is completed, orders are handed over to trusted carriers such as UPS or FedEx.

We prioritize fast shipping options, including:

  • Priority Overnight
  • 2-Day Shipping

To minimize the time products spend outside frozen storage.

After the shipping label is created, customers will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • Carrier name
  • Estimated delivery time

📦 Orders can be tracked directly on the UPS or FedEx website using the provided tracking number.

STEP 4: HOME DELIVERY

Orders are delivered directly to the registered address, typically during business hours.

  • Packages are left at the front door
  • No signature required
  • Convenient for customers who may not be home

⚠️ Please place products into the freezer or refrigerator immediately upon delivery to maintain quality.

If a package is marked as Delivered but is not promptly retrieved and is affected by outdoor temperatures, Bếp Việt cannot be responsible for product quality.
